- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is listed on my web-site, including Special Offers and a $10 discount for signing up for my newsletter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers fill out a new client intake form prior to receiving services. This way there are no questions that are unanswered in regards to proper treatment. All clients are welcome to ask any questions or share any concerns before, during or after all treatments. I provide all clients with an instruction card sharing all products used during the treatment should they want to purchase and instructions on how to use these products at home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a 900 hour Esthetics Spa Training program prior to sitting for a certification exam in the states of Me and Nh. Over the past 20 years I have become certified in the following areas: -Micro dermabrasion -Dermaplaning -Waxing (face & body) -Lash and Brow Tintin -Make-up application -Holistic Skincare -Medically trained on several medical devices: IPL, Permanant Hair Removal, Radio Frequency, Ultra-sound therapy -Many Skincare lines
