Construction tech helped my elderly parents with a project that many shied away from, because it was not very common. They installed an elevator shaft and communicated directly with the elevator company, making it so my parents didn’t need to coordinate, which meant the world to us. They were extremely punctual and responsive which is very unlike any contractors we have worked with in the past five years. I highly recommend them for any project and will request their help again for future projects around my own home.

Brandon was very easy to work with. He was open and honest. He told me he was very busy but never forgot about me. The repair was done professionally and looks brand new. I will be sure to use Construction Tech again in the future.

We had water going behind our siding since the house was built and rotted out a exterior wall and leaking from above my electrical box. Construction Tech came right out, fit us into their schedule and got the job done quickly before we got more rain and within budget. Thanks construction tech!!!

They did a great job prepping the wall and installing the new partial foundation. They squeezed me in as best they could on short notice, and made sure everything was sealed up for the time it needed to cure. Thanks for a great job.

We contacted Northeast Construction first based solely on the very professional email they sent. They were also the first to come look at the job, had the estimate to us the next day. Not the cheapest price but after speaking with Brandon I was sold on their experience. Three guys came out to our house, two worked the Sheetrock and one on the cabinet. Everything was covered and throughly cleaned over the couple days that they were there. The work was great, cabinet is perfect, couldn't ask for any thing better or different. Brandon came out to look everything over once the job was done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to give our customers a variety of pricing options. Bid, hourly and cost plus. Not many companies give their customers so many options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process varies depending upon the project but generally we perform a site visit to go over your project and your vision of what you want. You will then receive a written estimate. Larger jobs have a more extensive process to starting after the initial estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The principle owner has a has vast background in construction and management. This started in a vocational school and that experience has grown over the years. Along with our highly skilled staffed makes us well equipped for every project that comes our way. Thank
