We contacted Northeast Construction first based solely on the very professional email they sent. They were also the first to come look at the job, had the estimate to us the next day. Not the cheapest price but after speaking with Brandon I was sold on their experience. Three guys came out to our house, two worked the Sheetrock and one on the cabinet. Everything was covered and throughly cleaned over the couple days that they were there. The work was great, cabinet is perfect, couldn't ask for any thing better or different. Brandon came out to look everything over once the job was done.

Brandon was great to coordinate with and Dave did excellent carpentry.
Scope of work included installation of butchers block with legs and trim work on the island. Crown molding was added on the cabinetry.

Corey was great to work with. He was flexible with the job, which had some tricky aspects, even making some of the wood trim himself, customized to the situation. The work was done to a high standard. All my interactions have been professional and respectful. I would work with Construction Tech again.

Very good experience with Northeast Construction. Finally some one who was able to replicate the trim I needed done! A few other contractors tried but couldn't replicate some trim I needed for my fireplace. Brandon assured me they could do it and even told me if they couldn't do it to my satisfaction I would not have to pay. Very professional and very good work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to give our customers a variety of pricing options. Bid, hourly and cost plus. Not many companies give their customers so many options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process varies depending upon the project but generally we perform a site visit to go over your project and your vision of what you want. You will then receive a written estimate. Larger jobs have a more extensive process to starting after the initial estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The principle owner has a has vast background in construction and management. This started in a vocational school and that experience has grown over the years. Along with our highly skilled staffed makes us well equipped for every project that comes our way. Thank
