It's nice to know that even though I live in the sticks there are still people who will come out to help me. Contacted about a gas dryer, Dan came out promptly, and even though it turned out not to work he was honest and explained well. Being straightforward is a huge plus, making the trek was awesome, and he was a nice guy to boot.

Dan and his partner reconstructed a large storage shed for us, one which was in such disrepair we thought it would need to be demolished. They did an extraordinary job; came in on time and under budget. Dan arrived on time and got right to work on my stove,which required a propane conversion as well as a hookup.He explained in detail what he was doing. He also corrected some shoddy work that was done on my propane lines previously.He checked all of his work and adjusted my stove for optimal use. I would not hesitate to call on him in the future for any propane or heating oil needs that may arise. I highly recommend Dan Jarest to anyone needing such work done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $75.00 an hour. I charge $75.00 service charge. So the first hour would be $150.00 and $75.00 dolllars an hour after that, plus parts if needed. I also will give a bib price for installations of heaters and furnaces.
