- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies depending on the job. It is factored in square or linear footage. Floors, stamp work, side walk and resurfacing are done at a square foot rate. Crack repair is by the linear foot. Smaller jobs are some time a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will generally speak to a new customer over the phone, or communicate via email, about what type of work they are looking to have done. If the new customer would like a quote for work to be done I will schedule a time with them to look at the job. I will then type up an estimate and send it via email. If you agree to the terms of the estimate both parties will sign the agreement and work will be scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Concrete field for about 20 years. I learned decorative finishes from from a long time and well respected member of the decorative concrete field.
