AMH went above and beyond to clean my niece's home in advance of her coming home from chemotherapy treatment. They did an excellent job and had many good recommendations for keeping the home safe for our niece. They are amazing!!! We will use them again for sure!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a program called Xactimate for billing. It is an insurance based program.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go to the customers location to do an inspection and find the source of the problem. I then explain my process on how we would re-mediate the problem. I do my best to be fair in pricing and explain every detail of the work to be preformed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in Water Damage Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Asbestos inspection, and Anabec coating.
