Small, family-owned business. Proprietor is very knowledgeable about mold prevention and abatement, and takes a great deal of pride in his work. He has invested in state of the art equipment (seems so, anyway) and was able to walk me through all the required steps to prevent mold growth after water damage occurred. After tearing out some compromised sheetrock and flooring, he brought in partners to plan the various stages of rebuild. He continues to act as a project manager as the rebuild process proceeds. Work is still in progress, but so far I’m very pleased.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a program called Xactimate for billing. It is an insurance based program.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go to the customers location to do an inspection and find the source of the problem. I then explain my process on how we would re-mediate the problem. I do my best to be fair in pricing and explain every detail of the work to be preformed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in Water Damage Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Asbestos inspection, and Anabec coating.
