- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price as fair and competitively as possible, if bigger the job the more if a price discount there is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I identify the problem that the customer has, to make sure there's no other problem related, once it's identified I draw up a step by step plan and explain the course of action to fix the problem. Every step is explained. Communication is paramount
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended a construction pipeline course to achieve a general contractor license, I am almost completed in this pipeline.
