- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge flat fees for bankruptcy and criminal/motor vehicle cases. I charge an hourly rate for divorce and family law matters.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do continuing legal education each year. I also participate in peer attorney groups in which we discuss bankruptcy issues.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After graduating from the University of Massachusetts in 1987 I searched for a profession in which I could really make a difference in people's lives. I found that in the law.
