- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is customized for each client depending on number of subjects, session length, travel, equipment required, and special requests like buying and setting up flowers / picnic for surprise engagements etc. We love to grow with our clients throughout their journey, from engagement, wedding, and sometimes baby showers and birthdays thereafter. Returning clients receive a customer loyalty discount for each shoot after our first time together!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with an introductory call with the client where we get some more details on the client's requirements, date, venue, etc. For large events such as weddings, we also set up a meeting with the client at the venue to do a run-through of the day's proceedings and locations for photos.

Certificate in DSLR photography - Jonathan Andrews school of Photography
