Tinker is hands down the BEST technician I’ve ever hired. Don’t waste your time calling local shops that make you schedule weeks out, haul your machine in, keep it for a month, and then charge more than it’s worth. Save yourself the headache and call this guy. He is AMAZING. He showed up right on time, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it in under 20 minutes. He only charged $45. I gave him $60, and honestly I would have paid $75 if I had it on me. Top notch service, comes right to your door, and no hassle at all. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be extremely affordable. If it's something I can do quickly I will only charge for the time. I will only adjust my price for materials. If I quote something and it takes me longer than I expected, that's on me. I thought that was the way it was supposed to work for everyone, but I guess I was mistaken.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get as much information on what they want the finished product or project to look like. There may be a more efficient and affordable way to accomplish what is needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal training in motorcycle mechanics, bartending, automatic door testing and safety, welding, fire door regulations, locksmithing, and I have been working in the commercial door and hardware industry for 20 years.
