Sprinkler and Irrigation System Installation

I had my irrigation system winterized last fall by Rainmaker Irrigation. When I got home and found one of the in-ground zone buckets not closed, I assumed at the time that they just forgot to replace the cover. When I initialized my irrigation system this past Monday, I discovered that the 2 zones in this bucket were still open because both of them were trying to run after just opening the water line. Since I had never tinkered with zone valves, I called and left a voicemail with Rainmaker Irrigation asking for assistance. I never received a callback. I finally figured out how to close the 2 valves manually, after which everything was fine. I then sent an email via their website asking why there was no callback on my issue. I received no replies to this either. I then sent a second email directly to the person who took my winterization order. As of this writing, still no replies. Perhaps this posting will get some notice.

I requested an estimate for adjustments to an existing system. First, they don't return calls in a timely manner. Second, the woman I spoke to had to call back twice for clarification. They didn't want to come unitil they were working in my direction. When they finally came, after working another job, the guy wrote nothing down, spent a lot of time talking and told ME to call THEM for the estimate. I was unimpressed at that point, but the frosting on the cake was when they sent me a bill for $81.00 for walking around my yard. Find another.
