Very happy with Keith, he's responsive and good to work with; and my sister who actually met him and lives in the condo liked him and was happy with the work. Keith fixed leaks in the sink and shower, and installed a new showerhead. I'm especially happy how well this worked out, since it's not that easy to managing plumbing problems from 3000 miles away!

I contacted Keith about my tub faucet and he responded back almost immediately. I sent him pictures and explained the issue and he provided me with a quote which seemed reasonable. He knew what was wrong and was able to fix it for less than the original quote. I would definitely contact Keith if any other plumbing issues pop up.
