Three Brothers was able to offer a competitive rate on my residential basement tank-to-tankless water heater replacement (including permitting I requested), and they did a quality job putting it in. However, there are two things that make me drop them down a star: 1) I had to spend a lot of time reaching out and following up to get on the schedule. I have had contractors forget about me before, and this was a situation where I think I would've been forgotten if I wasn't persistent. 2) When they did a walkthrough for the quote they missed the fact that there was no available dedicated outlet near the install location we picked (meaning the heater is currently running on an extension cord, and I will need an electrician to come out to close out the permit). I doubt that single home water heaters are a big part of their business, and I think they have a lot of other work in the hopper that makes it easy for them to forget about you. I don't know if I would've been as satisfied if we had to wait for their help in the winter, but for this summertime install it worked out. The people I worked with were professional and we got the job done.

After I reached out, Eric came out to check on my mothers house the next day. He was very thorough and honest about the issues with her heating system. Since it was a big project, my mother asked him for options and pricing. Eric presented her with options that were fairly priced and in a timely manner. I found 3 Brothers on Thumbtack and I'm glad I did ! They installed my water heater and replaced my air conditioning system all within 3 weeks . The guys were all super professional and pleasant! They cleaned up after themselves as they went , even the work trucks were immaculate ! Eric the owner was super responsive throughout the projects , if I emailed him he would respond usually within 5 minutes ! Very fair pricing and he didn't try to sell me things I didn't need , which is very important when making these decisions! Please don't hesitate to call them !
