- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the and by the job. My rates are $65 per hour standard any trouble shooting is charged at $85 per hour as this is more difficult than say any installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
inspecting the job so the customer and I are on the same page and agree on work involved. providing an estimate of the work involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my state electrical License which requires I attend ongoing code class updates every 3 years. this way any changes to the Electrical code are covered, and I am aware of these changes.
