- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I confirm the scope of work with the customer whether it's a service, repair, or Installation. on larger jobs I work with the customer to set up a time to meet and discuss the job. I clearly communicate the steps to complete the requested work with the customer. My quotes are very accurate and do not change once a proposal has been signed. The job is completed on time but if anything comes up, I confirm with the customer. After the job is completed, I am available in the future if anything comes up. I warranty and stand behind my work. I respond in a timely manner too email, text, and phone calls.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended the New Hampshire School of Mechanical Trades in Manchester for oil, gas and air conditioning. NH oil burner certification, MA master gas fitter license, MA oil burner certification, NH gas service license, EPA 608 license
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for an oil, propane and air conditioning company prior to starting my own business. I always had an interest in problem solving/ troubleshooting and working in the field.
