- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clear, upfront pricing based on the scope of work, materials selected, and site conditions. All estimates are detailed and transparent, with no hidden fees. We offer fair, competitive pricing and will occasionally run seasonal or project-based promotions. Any additional work requested beyond the original scope is discussed and approved in advance before pricing changes. We also offer a permanent veteran discount to our fellow veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial consultation to understand the project scope, timeline, and expectations. After evaluating the space, we provide a detailed written estimate outlining the work, materials, and schedule. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, prepare the area properly, and complete the project with a focus on quality, cleanliness, and communication. A final walkthrough is completed to ensure everything meets our standards and the customer’s expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on industry experience in both painting and flooring, with ongoing training in proper surface preparation, installation techniques, and product application. We stay up to date on manufacturer specifications, industry best practices, and new materials to ensure high-quality, long-lasting results on every project.
