CMC cleaning did an amazing job cleaning my house. They were very thorough and maticulous making sure the house shined. They were able to get stains out of my family room rug and made it look brand new. The house smelled nice and looked amazing!

I had a time sensitive cleaning that needed to be done to a place I'm moving into. (I planned to do it myself) but looked into professional cleaners for the hell of it. (Saturday evening) I came to Thumbtack and filled out the form for quotes. CMC was the ONLY response I got back.
Claudeth messaged me on the thumbtack messenger, which I received via email. At this point it was 10pm or so. She said she was available Monday. I explained my situation to her and she agreed to Sunday!!! At 10am which come to find out is her ushual day off !! This, to me, speaks volumes to the type of professional she is. She CARES!! She wants business and repeat customers. That's obvious.
First, her and her brother arrived 30 minutes early!! Despite it being their day off, they both seemed happy to be there. Smiles, pleasant and I couldn't feel ANY NEGATIVE vibe from either of them at all. Unfortunately negative behavior is to be expected these days. But they were VERY pleasant and professional.
I have Claudeth a quick tour of the house and they got right to it.
I left for 4 hours and when I came back I was beyond pleased. The place was spotless. On their day off they did an extremely, extremely good job. Again, these days you might expect laziness from those who don't want to be there. Not CMC. They killed it. Every inch. Zero dust anywhere. They got all lighting fixtures. Inside the windows (she even got a flat head screw driver to get every crevice) all base boards. Stairs and railings. Closets. The entire bathroom. Removed all trashed. Straightened up under the sinks in bathroom and kitchen. All the dust on TOP of the ceiling fans was non existent. I literally started looking for dust just to see if I could find any lol not that it would have bothered me, at all. It was just THAT good. I couldn't recommend them enough. They gave more than 100%. Well beyond my expectations. They were VERY reasonably priced and I gave them an extra 40 bucks. Honestly their price could have been double the quote and I still would have been happy.

We had a big job, cleaning a whole house that was vacant a year and had undergone some renovations where contractors were not great about cleaning up, but CMC did an outstanding job for us at a good price. We will be calling to start using them at our own home now as well! Highly recommend!
