Very good, responsive, helpful, got it done in time. The only thing I’m not completely satisfied with is the system is potentially disabled (requiring repair) by damage to a fuse apparently any time there is a power outage for any reason, including unplugging it. This is according to the service staff who installed it. Sounds like a poor design that can’t withstand a power outage.

I had a stuck float. Everything else was fine. I would have liked to replace it but that was not an option so I had to replace everything for $2500. Oh well

Erickson reached out to me in response to my Thumbtack request. However, my ability to get someone out quickly was as a result of me have a colleague who has a family member working for EFS. Job has been scoped and contract signed. Lead time to complete the work is 5-6 weeks. Would prefer to have done sooner but since it is maintenance and not immediately urgent - that's fine.
