Mike is AWESOME! I am a pretty demanding customer/client and he has answered all of my questions and offered new information without prompting. This is my type of accountant. I have had my own business for 15 years and have had several different tax preparers, accountants and even done them myself. Mike is the best in all three categories (Knowledge of Tax Laws; Responsiveness and Value). I will be using Mike as long as he is in business and I will be referring clients at every opportunity.

I am new to doing taxes as a 1099 and W-2 employee. I needed some direction and assistance with getting my quarterly taxes done and contacted Frugal Tax through Thumbtack. The responses to my messages were prompt and when I contacted Mike and told him my situation he gave me some sound advice. I didn't need him after all and I appreciated his honesty in not needing his services. Due to his honesty and integrity I will definitely be using him for next years tax season.

I believe my pricing is reasonable . Frugal is the name of my business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I truly enjoy meeting people from all over the country. We often speak on the phone. The customer emails their documents and I begin preparation right away. My goal is complete preparation withing 48 hours.

I have thirty years of federal and state experience. I am certified by IRS as RTRP. i am certified by Intuit as Quickbooks ProAdvisor . I have my MBA
