We requested Maureen for my husband's 60th birthday dinner for 16 guests - we had rented a home and it was not familiar to us AND it was the absolute coldest weekend of the year. Maureen and her assistant (husband and most excellent cocktail maker) trekked to us in the bitter cold with an amazing meal. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Maureen is a master at what she does. From our first contact I knew it was going to be special - she asked me a number of questions all geared at crafting the perfect menu - she created a printed menu (which I have to find and post) that was perfectly suited to my husband, and his favorite things and our location - whiskey and maple, and snow themes. And a specialty cocktail to start with a tongue in cheek name that was absolutely perfect. She took over the kitchen without hesitation and her presentation and plating was outstanding. Every single dish was perfection. Everyone raved over the food and we shared some laughs with Maureen and her husband! I can't believe she managed all of it during the absolute most frigid weekend of the year. I wish I could use Maureen for every single event, she is truly amazing and a master at her craft.

We loved working with Maureen. She did a private dinner for a bachelorette party for 12 women. She brought props and decorations that fit our theme and made a delicious meal and signature cocktail that everyone loved. Her attention to detail was what made it most special.

I haven't stopped raving about our dinner from Maureen and could not recommend choosing her as your chef enough- our experience with Maureen was AMAZING! We hired Maureen for a 21 person bachelorette dinner. The menu she prepared was absolutely incredible and right in line with the style of food we were looking for- an Italian meal but with unique flair that an amateur chef wouldn't put together. Not only was the food amazing, but the service was superb. Maureen had a team helping in the kitchen and serving the guests. They provided linens and decor to set all of the tables beautifully. They were so kind and attentive to make sure all of our guests had an amazing experience. We truly didn't have to lift a finger. Maureen is the way to go- you will not be disappointed!
