We requested Maureen for my husband's 60th birthday dinner for 16 guests - we had rented a home and it was not familiar to us AND it was the absolute coldest weekend of the year. Maureen and her assistant (husband and most excellent cocktail maker) trekked to us in the bitter cold with an amazing meal. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Maureen is a master at what she does. From our first contact I knew it was going to be special - she asked me a number of questions all geared at crafting the perfect menu - she created a printed menu (which I have to find and post) that was perfectly suited to my husband, and his favorite things and our location - whiskey and maple, and snow themes. And a specialty cocktail to start with a tongue in cheek name that was absolutely perfect. She took over the kitchen without hesitation and her presentation and plating was outstanding. Every single dish was perfection. Everyone raved over the food and we shared some laughs with Maureen and her husband! I can't believe she managed all of it during the absolute most frigid weekend of the year. I wish I could use Maureen for every single event, she is truly amazing and a master at her craft.

I genuinely appreciate how incredible you are and your work--the quality and the effort you put into the day for us was truly amazing. Everyone was in awe--far exceeded my expectations for my daughter's baby shower and our guests attending the shower at Foray! What an exceptional experience for everyone! The ambiance was very welcoming (breathtaking) and charming. We did a Boho-themed baby shower and Maureen thought of everything...beautiful table centerpieces, the gauze napkins and table runners in soft peach, the vintage china matching our theme, the palm leaf and pampas grass floral pieces and more importantly, the delicious cuisine--one of my favorites was her chilled blueberry soup and the smoked salmon was incredible -- all with such beautiful presentation. Can't forget the welcoming prosecco tea cocktails served while our guests arrived! Maureen and her staff made my daughter's day so memorable, I can't thank her enough! We are so fortunate to have this gem in our neighborhood, so close to Keene! Thank you Maureen for everything you did for us!
