Mark was excellent, showed up on time, did the tasks that I requested in the way that I asked them to be done. Even though I didn't have the right paint colour for Mark to complete some touch up work, he offered to return in a few days to complete the project (when I would have the correct paint). Very much appreciated and I will be calling Mark again in the future for other projects that I will have. Thanks Mark!
