Very friendly, informative, and professional while treating both the interior and exterior of our home for ants. We sincerely appreciate the one-year warranty that was offered as well. While we hope we won’t need it, it’s reassuring to know it’s there if we do.

Bug Hunt was able to come the very next day after I contacted him, with a referral from someone else. I was having issues with small bugs getting in around my windows. He explained exactly what he was doing, what spray he was using, and about the life-cycle of the small critters. He also caulked around the window areas where they were able to get in. Pricing very reasonable.Great guy, Great Company.

I recently had a great experience with Bug Hunt. Brandon was professional, responsive, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. Living in New England, pest issues can be unpredictable, but he handled everything quickly and confidently, showing up on time, explaining the process, and making sure all my questions were answered. What really stood out was how thorough he was, not only treating the problem but also pointing out potential entry points and giving helpful tips to prevent future issues. Its rare to find someone so reliable and detail-oriented, and its obvious Brandon truly cares about his customers. Ill definitely be using Bug Hunt again and recommending them to anyone who needs pest control.
