I recently had a great experience with Bug Hunt. Brandon was professional, responsive, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. Living in New England, pest issues can be unpredictable, but he handled everything quickly and confidently, showing up on time, explaining the process, and making sure all my questions were answered. What really stood out was how thorough he was, not only treating the problem but also pointing out potential entry points and giving helpful tips to prevent future issues. Brandon was amazing to work with! He helped me take care of a mouse problem quickly and professionally. You can really tell he has years of experiencehe was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, including how to avoid a separate issue we typically have in the summer. Bug Hunt was able to come the very next day after I contacted him, with a referral from someone else. I was having issues with small bugs getting in around my windows. He explained exactly what he was doing, what spray he was using, and about the life-cycle of the small critters. He also caulked around the window areas where they were able to get in. Pricing very reasonable.Great guy, Great Company.
