My Story
My journey into strength training began at 13 years old and quickly became a lifelong pursuit of mastery. After graduating early from Exeter High School in 2007, I relocated to Orlando to attend the prestigious National Personal Training Institute, completing a rigorous 500-hour hands-on Master Personal Trainer Certification.
Today, I bring nearly two decades of experience into every private session.
What drives me most is witnessing not just physical transformation—but the shift in confidence, posture, discipline, and self-respect that follows intentional training.
I don’t just help clients move better.
I help them move through life differently.
