Introduction: I love meeting new people and finding a way to help them. Either through relaxation or a mixture of showing them things they can do between sessions and getting the pain and stress level down. Helping others has always been important to me and I know that everyone is different and needs what fits them as an individual. Tonimarie is a great massage therapist. She is knowledgeable, honest, warm and kind. She makes you feel comfortable, no matter whether this is your first massage, or you have had a great deal of massage work done. Her pricing is more than fair and she enjoys educating every client who walks in her door about how the body works, what therapies may be available to assist in elevating health and comfort levels, and about products that may help as well. At the same time, she is not pushy about getting people to try things they are not interested in. It's a perfect balance. I highly recommend Tonimarie and Bear Intent for anyone interested in getting a great massage!

I have been a client of Bear Intent for over 4 years and always have benefited and enjoy the theraputic massage work that Tonimarie has do. Toni Marie is a wonderful person and massage therapist. She is very knowledgeable and intuitive with the body, she has away of knowing and feeling the problem areas and working on them. Toni is a great masseuse! I've gone to her for years, since when she was in New London, and I think the new location is very convenient! She is also really flexible with booking, which is great!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only do I take continuing education classes but I take other classes of interest. I also am fortunate enough to rent space in with Upper Valley Chiropractic. Both DR. Amber and Dr. Bryan are great and They continue to teach me something new all the time.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I took reiki and worked as LNA for four years as well as other things. In my search for the purfect job I was able to help more people through massage and bodywork.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
There are many people who have never had a massage and some who did not like their first experience. If you don't like the first one try someone NEW. It's like shoes, You need to find the ones that fit you and your style.
