We bought an older log home that had been neglected for a long time. Originally wed planned on just repairing the chimney; a new liner in one half, new crown, cap, repointing and new flashing. Unfortunately there was any damage around the base of the chimney, as well as the underlying wood for the roof, and the insulation, so a full roof replacement was necessary along with the chimney repairs (which also turned out to be extensive). Although it was much more money than we'd planned, John was kind enough to cut me some deals on the repairs to keep things manageable, and he and his crew came out every day the weather would allow and finished the job in about a week total. The crew was respectful and hard working, and the work is professional. Our house is now dry, safe and bug free. If we need more work on the house, we'll call these guys again. Thanks so much Jostin

We were very satisfied with the work of BEST ROYAL CONSTRUCTION. The team worked fast. Professionally and accurately. We can highly recommend this company, as the builders were very dedicated to get the job done, despite of challenging weather conditions and very steep roof.
