- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat rate pricing, meaning that if a job runs long, you won't be charged for extra hours (excluding unexpected finding). I also offer first responder and military discounts (discounted rates are dependant on service provided).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat every customer with the goal of 100% customer satisfaction in mind. I will ensure that every customer fully understands their current plumbing situation and needs and can offer multiple solutions to ensure each client is happy with the work provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a master plumber with 11 years working in the plumbing trade. I have experience in all realms of plumbing including, residential, commercial, service, maintainance, installations, remodels, new construction, water filtration systems, high efficiency boilers, and water heating systems. I also have multiple training certifications for different plumbing appliances, such as level 3 Navian and Rinnai tankless water heating systems.
