I had a blockage in my bathroom drain and called 2 plumbers who couldnt figure out why. I called Harry at Purple Moose Plumbing. He was able to find the problem quickly. He was able to replace the damaged pipes and get the bathroom up and running. He also converted my tub into a shower. Harry was very professional and fairly priced. He will be my go to plumber in the future.

Harry was very responsive to my messages and was able to come look at my leaking shower the same day. He diagnosed the problem withing minutes and offered a very fair price for the work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat rate pricing, meaning that if a job runs long, you won't be charged for extra hours (excluding unexpected finding). I also offer first responder and military discounts (discounted rates are dependant on service provided).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat every customer with the goal of 100% customer satisfaction in mind. I will ensure that every customer fully understands their current plumbing situation and needs and can offer multiple solutions to ensure each client is happy with the work provided.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a master plumber with 11 years working in the plumbing trade. I have experience in all realms of plumbing including, residential, commercial, service, maintainance, installations, remodels, new construction, water filtration systems, high efficiency boilers, and water heating systems. I also have multiple training certifications for different plumbing appliances, such as level 3 Navian and Rinnai tankless water heating systems.
