We plan on using them again for future projects. Can’t believe how quickly he completed the project. Cabinets are solid as a rock.
He was very professional, kept us informed of changes needed to fit our appliances. (Even though we went through a big box store to get the cabinets and they were designed to fit. We really appreciated he ensured they fit. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT)

Shane did a fantastic job installing cabinet handles on our new cabinets and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. He came back over three separate days to ensure every detail was perfect. Not only did he find the correct parts needed to install our drawers properly, but he also installed a floor under our sink area that wasn’t originally part of the quote—just because he noticed it needed to be done. On top of that, he spotted a missing piece to our dishwasher, went out to get it, and fixed the issue without us even asking. His professionalism, clear communication, and high standards really stood out. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to understand the scope of the project and the end vision the homeowner is looking for and the budget the homeowner is looking to set. This allows us to make recommendations based on the design and the cost. We tend to like to meet with the customer in person to discuss the entire project and then provide them with a line by line estimate for a full breakdown of their project. If the homeowner wants to move forward with us we then begin the planning phase of the project!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always looking for seminars and courses to take to help grow and fine tune our skills. Some of the current courses we have taken recently were MA CSL 8 week PreTest Course. RIBA Kitchen Design and Installation, RIBA 5 Hour Registration Course, RIBA Deck Footings and Ledgers.
