We worked with Carlos on an exterior painting job that we knew would require some odds and ends fixing of trim, etc. The quote was extremely fair, communication was great and the job was extremely well done. We plan to continue working with Carlos and team on other projects the future!

I hired Carlos Perez to paint my house. He responded quickly to my Thumbtack posting, came and thoroughly examined the condition of my house, gave me a very reasonabe quote, and said he could arrange his schedule so he could complete the job before the weather got too cold. He arrived as scheduled and got the job done in the nick of time. He was extremely pleasant to work with. I will definitely contact him again if I have a project that needs doing.
