My experience with Perez home improvement was great! I had them do a refresh (paint and new floors) on my house that I am selling. I needed it done quickly so I can get it on the market. He gave me a start date and a day of completion and stuck to the schedule. Carlos and his wife left the place immaculate once the Job was finished! I will definitely be hiring them for future work.

We were very happy with the work and professional manner that he offered his quote, and performed his services. He removed the tree and cleaned the property so that you didn't even know they were there. Professional and courteous service. A pleasure having you do our work.

Details: Home • Cut down trees • 1 tree • 21 - 40 feet

Project cost much more than I anticipated, but that's par for the course with plumbing issues. I did not have an estimate before agreeing to project since it was a bit of an emergency.

Details: Less than 2 hours (Simple tasks) • Repairs • Basement • Electrical • Plumbing • Home
