As someone who had never done strength training before, I was worried that I would feel overwhelmed and disheartened when first getting started. But from day 1, Abby was my #1 cheerleader and I never felt judged, even when I was asking for clarification about something several times. She would proactively check-in in between our planned sessions to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns.
