Casey exhibits a level of understanding, professionalism and courtesy that is refreshing and comforting. We enlisted Casey to develop plans to remodel our recently purchased home in 2013 and she far surpassed our expectations. She provided several reasonable options within our budget that fit our lifestyle, and generated plans that our town and GC felt were detailed and precise. My husband and I could not be more happy with our home and we are so very lucky to have had the experience we did working with Casey. We highly recommend her for any architectural and design needs you might need.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an online inquiry form, where we ask you to provide property information and photos of the site as available. Once we have this information, our design team will review your project details to determine if an initial on-site walk-through or meeting is needed. This ensures we fully understand your vision and the project scope before moving forward with a proposal and contract and eventually concept development and plans.

In addition to her architectural work, Casey oversees all aspects of i3 Architects, ensuring seamless project execution and day-to-day operations.
