We could not have had a better experience! Glenn and Eryk are awesome. It all starts with honesty and trust (crucial!). These guys are honest and fair! The work quality is amazing. We started with a deck replacement which changed the entire look of our house. It is beautiful, rock solid, no maintenance! We just could not stop there! We hired Beanstalk again to replace a second deck, remodel our kitchen, update our master bath, and fix several exterior trim problems. Several very different projects - all amazing! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not mark up any material costs like most contractors do. If something is on sale, then we'll pass those savings along to you. We only make money from the work we do for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with our clients in person at the job-site to go over the details of just about every job we quote. Following our meeting, we provide our clients with a detailed quote for our labor and any necessary materials. When our client approves the quote, we put together a legally-binding contract for our clients to sign and return to us. The point of this contract is to ensure that our client is comfortable knowing that we will complete the agreed upon work for them, as well as to ensure we get paid for our hard work. We always make sure our clients are 100% satisfied with our work before we leave the job.
