At New England Home Pros We put Customer service above all else . When I first opened over 25 years ago it was with a vision to create a construction company that was different from the rest . We’ve all heard the horror stories of no call backs, taking deposits and disappearing and sub par workmanship . I as the owner personally convey to my staff that these practices are not tolerated. If a problem arises I will directly be involved in the solution in a timely manner. Our workers are highly skilled , courteous and clean up after themselves . After a long search or Contactors to do a conversion of my Unfinished basement, I met New England Home Pros.I presented the same plans to quite a few contractors, with mixed results. Some just wanted to be a GC & Farm out some of the project. (framing, plumbing, electric etc.) I wanted a Turnkey project by a licensed & insured Contractor! Jesse the owner gave us all that we demanded & the finished 500 Sq ft downstairs, including full Bath, ceilings floors, paint & electrical was completed better than we could have possibly imagined! I highly recommend New England Home Pros!

Jesse and his team have been able to help with so many things around my house. Everything from power washing and hanging a clothesline to a ground up bathroom remodel. Jesse is responsive to all my questions and everyone from his team whos been here has been professional and helpful with anything I need.

I was referred to New England Home Pros by my kitchen guy, and I am very happy with that referral. What started as 1 bathroom remodel turned into two bathroom remodels, new floors throughout, interior paint and a lot of electrical work. Jesse and his team are wonderful. I highly recommended them! Jesse and his team were absolutely fantastic. From suggested designs to top quality work. We had a bathroom with 1980s decor and plaid wall paper. We now have a spa level bathroom with a large tiled in shower.I would definitely recommend New England Home Pros. The honesty, communication and quality of every part of the project was perfect.Attaching before and after pictures. Our biggest problem is why did we wait 10 years to do this! Thank-you New England Home Pros!
