We missed our fall clean-up, so this spring things were pretty rough; lots of leaves everywhere and a bunch of fallen branches from the winter storms. Olympia Property Maintenance LLC came out and did a wonderful job, just in time for us to host Easter for our family! We will definitely be inquiring about annual fall and spring clean-ups moving forward!

Very efficient and professional yard cleaning service leveraging commercial leaf blower (title)
Kevin’s commercial sized rider-style leaf blower is amazing! I have never seen such cutting-edge equipment, and I was very impressed at how quickly he finished my yard cleaning – which usually requires a crew of several people working for substantially longer. I also greatly appreciate his strong professional working attitude throughout the process – he kept good communication with me the entire time leading up to the appointment and arrived on time. He did more than I expected, and my yard is super clean now. Highly recommended!

I tried working with Olympia for a little over a year. Unfortunately, Kevin consistently overpromised and underdelivered.
I paid for mowing for about a season, as well as over $2,700 to have two very small rental-property lawns aerated, loamed, seeded, monitored, and watered. The mowing, when it happened, was fine. The lawn restoration work was not.
Loam and seed were put down and sprinklers were set up. One house was watered more or less properly, but at the other house, the valves on the wye were closed so no water got to the sprinkler. That lawn was never watered, and because the monitoring didn't happen, no one caught it until I visited the properties ~6-8 weeks later. That was last fall. It is now June after a good and rainy May. One lawn looks just as bad as it did last year, and the lawn that was never watered looks much worse.
I never questioned his pricing and always paid when he asked, including in November after I had already seen that the lawns were in bad shape. I still paid him in full because I was trying to give him a fair chance to make things right.
Throughout the process, I tried to stay in communication with Kevin and give him that chance. Often, he either ignored me for weeks or, when I was able to get him to respond, gave long explanations and promises that were not followed through on.
I still stayed with him and hired him to do my fall cleanup. He never showed up to one of the houses, and the leaves ended up buried in the snow. Kevin did not tell me the cleanup had not been done, so my winter maintenance contractor later found the leaves with his snowblower and was understandably upset.
This year I have been trying to get Kevin to confirm whether he intends to follow through on his promises to revisit the lawn restoration work at both houses. So far, all I have heard is that he will call me later, which has not happened after about two weeks. Neither lawn has been mowed, and one of my tenants has taken it upon herself to mow while I try to find someone else.
After a year of trying to chase him down, I need to call it a loss and move on. Hopefully, this review helps steer others toward a more reliable option.

I typically never do this expect for maybe once but I will respond. #1 you did not pay on time or anywhere close to it. I have texts with you apologizing for the delay in payment. I also have texts about your tenant shutting the water off which you and I both discussed. I understand it was tough for you with the timing of the work because you were moving out of state but you 100% booked this work and knew you were not going to be able to pay for it due to you moving costs. If you had let me know that in advance We would have struck an easy deal and I still would have done the work as I do for many customers. I don't want to turn this into a bash fest but you were a deceitful customer and not one that I was happy with at the end. My work is good and I admit I sometime get busy and do not have the time to call back each day. You left me a message yesterday but I must return your calls immediately but I guess it doesn't go both ways since I had to chase you for over a month to get paid. You were not on my top priority list this year because of the stated factors but you are on my list. My Manchester route is the next two days and you were on it. The factors are, you are no longer local, these are just rentals for you, and paying was not a priority. I am very easy going these days with getting paid given the economic state of the country but asking me to put in a lot of time as you did and then say weeks after the work was complete, "I'm sorry I didn't have the time to think about telling you that I could make a partial payment...". That did not sit well with me. I'm sorry our relationship took a wrong turn. To be honest, at the beginning of this Spring season I didn't reach out to you because I didn't think I wanted to work with you anymore. You texted me n May 22nd to "check in" and responded next day. The seasons rain delayed some things pushed schedules back and here we are. You message yesterday and today i get roasted with lies. Is what it is these days, some people only live in their own bubble. I wish you well Jose and if there are things you wish me finalize then please let me know so we can move on.
