PIC did a great job! We converted a tub to a walk in tub and looks great. They are also certified in mold removal and treated our bathroom for mold prior to the bath install. Highly recommend PIC.

My experience with PIC Home Pros & Luxury Bath was wonderful. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and the sales designer did not pressure me like the other companies. I appreciated the thorough workmanship. The acrylic finish is so easy to clean. I am very happy I chose them to do the bath install. They were courteous and professional. I would recommend PIC for any remodeling.

We hired PIC Home Pros because they have a great reputation and a mold inspector referred us to them. We purchased a home that had mold in the basement and main living area. PIC sent out a qualified representative that worked with our inspector to determine the source of the mold and the work required to remove the mold and make our home safe. Although the project was not inexpensive, they did a great job to protect our personal belongings and treat our home. We are very satisfied with PIC Home Pros and if you're looking for a quality company you can't go wrong with PIC Home Pros.

We love the shower, it is so beautiful. They installed the whole thing in two days, using beautiful acrylic tiles, a high end base, and a handy shave bar and built in shelves. When they didn't have something we wanted, they offered a free upgrade to a higher end alternative. Our friends have all been so impressed by our new shower as well! We were excited to work with the company because of the lifetime warranty, because they are communicative (Anthony has been a pleasure to work with) and the photos of their work on their site. Not only did we have problems with leakage before that is no longer a problem, but this will also raise the value of our home.We actually shower even more now, as we're excited to use this beautiful space, and it is easier to clean. I would recommend them to anyone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing will depend on the remediation protocols necessary for removing condition 2 & 3 microbial growth, the affected areas of the property and the preventative measures that are requested.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free Mold/IAQ inspection for each new customer to determine why there is microbial growth, how to properly and safely remove it and measures to prevent regrowth. We can also do this with pictures, detailed descriptions and documentation of the situation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are master certified in microbial remediation and board certified in microbial consulting and we are trained in EPA standard operating procedures and IICRC protocols.
