We had conversations back and forth about the siding of my house that seems to be being pulled off by heavy winds and weather. They advised that I contact my home owners insurance provider to get work covered by them (which I appreciated the advice and did file a claim), but when we tried to schedule a time for them to come by and actually look at the damage so we could begin to get it fixed they never showed up (twice).
