  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We provide a no cost consultation over the phone. Overall pricing depends on the nature of the issue and the work it would take to resolve it. When it comes to repairs we use the simple analogy of having a car. The price to fix a Ford is different than the price to fix a Ferrari. Similarly, not all computers are the same and neither are their issues.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When working with customer we do our best to understand the true nature of the problem/issue they are experiencing with their computers. Most of this can be done over the phone or via email. We only provide a formal quote if a customer chooses to move forward with the request to repair.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    Helping people get most out of their technology has always been a passion of our team. Together the team has over 20+ years hands on experience working on computers and technology.
