Introduction: My love of exercise began in 7th grade, leading me to compete in weightlifting from 2006-2012. This passion blossomed into a career as a physical therapist assistant starting in 2013, where I use movement and exercise to help others reduce their pain. I started Strength 101 when I realized that a large portion of my patients needed physical therapy largely due to consequences resulting from lack of exercise. I now offer individualized strength and fitness training to help others experience all the benefits that exercise has to offer.
