- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer complimentary onsite quotes for every customer. Ensuring customer satisfaction is our top priority. All quotes can be thoroughly reviewed and discussed upon request. Please note that emergency service calls are subject to a $150 fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact, the customer will be offered a complimentary on-site estimate. The estimate will be promptly delivered via *****. For smaller projects, service may be completed the same day. For larger jobs or those requiring special-order parts, the customer will be scheduled for a future appointment to complete the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master Plumbing License and am fully certified for gas work, including gas piping, equipment installation, and servicing of gas appliances. With over eight years of hands-on experience in plumbing, heating, and bathroom remodeling, I bring a comprehensive skill set to every project. My background spans all areas of plumbing—from residential and new construction to small- and large-scale commercial and industrial service and installation.
