- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 5% cash discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you get in contact with us, we get all your contact info and ask for some pictures and details of the job. We will have an initial phone consultation were we discuss the your project. After the phone call, I will create a ballpark price estimate for you. If the project fits your budget, we will schedule an on-site estimate including material selection and collecting the scheduling deposit for the project.

Over 15 years experience doing new construction, remodeling, and flooring.
