- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Technicians need to take courses every year to keep up on new codes and laws that are continues to change. As new products come out we get the training they need to install and maintain them. Every technician has to keep their licenses up to date and we check to make sure they get the credits they need to renew them.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
we clean and repair and install heating systems, air conditioning systems and refrigeration. We can help switch from oil to gas, we also maintenance, repair and install hot water heaters either tanks or tankless.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Our profession handles heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation also what most customers don't know is we handle hot water tanks and tankless. We can do more then just heating. We handle residential and commercial customers from homes to restaurants to large businesses.
