My name is Heather Eve Makere, the owner/operator of Pristine Cleaning Services. I am now 56-year-old and a New Hampshire native who had wanted to create my own business for years and finally took the plunge in 2014. This business is my life and represents my good name. That being said, the cleaning services I offer are thorough, outstanding and honest.
I have been a homeowner, family business owner (Mickey Finn's Army/Navy of Manchester, NH), and office manager for 10 years. I have been in the retail/customer service industry my entire adult life, so I know full well the importance of a job well done.
I offer full/deep detail cleaning services - the kind that most people wish they had the time and desire to do themselves.
I am meticulous and methodical upon the first visit so that the maintenance will not be too time consuming for you or for me, whatever the case may be. My rate is now(as of 4/24/22)$40.00 per hour, I bring all equipment/supplies, use mostly organic products that make your home smell fabulous NOT industrial.
I am my business now and realize it is a privilege to be in your home. After a few years in business I have developed a great customer base that keeps me hopping, good problem to have...Because I am still a 1 woman operation I can only except new clients that are looking for once per month services. I am not averse to working weekends however, so am game to accept move in, move out, & one-time deep cleaning jobs.
I hope you will give Pristine Cleaning Services a try, no matter how small or large the task. I actually moved to Marlborough, NH last fall.My service area now includes Hancock,Dublin,Keene Jaffrey,Peterborough, and points north and west, including into Brattleboro, VT.
As far as CV19 goes...I have had both vaccinations & booster. I wear my mask while working & in public. I have Chrohns Disease so I am super careful about my own health & do unto others.
I am insured through Davis & Towle Insurance agency in Concord, NH. I suppose it is also important to mention that I am extremely pet friendly and a non-smoker.

Heather does a fabulous job cleaning our condo! She is such a hard worker and leaves our condo spotless! I love the cleaning products she uses, they smell so good! Our wood floors gleam after Heather has cleaned them, and there is not a speck of dust anywhere! She returns my texts immediately, and she contacts me to let me know what days and times she has available. Heather does such a thorough job, I feel once a month is sufficient! We are so lucky to have her help! I recommend Heather one hundred per cent!

Heather was punctual and was just as she said she would be. I could have only hired her for one hour, but she took from 2pm to 4pm and vacuumed the bedroom, bathroom and living area. It has taken an extra one hour to finish the dishes in the kitchen because she had to go to her home in Henniker to fetch the dishwashing liquid to wash the dishes. Before she left she managed to clean the stove. When she came back she went straight to the kitchen to wash the dishes without having a conversation with me. I just wish she could wash my foyer floor, but because of time constraints she was not able to get to the floor. So by the 24th of February she will come back.

Where do I begin!? I used Heather for a cleaner/helper/our “left hand gal” for my Wedding at an Air B & B we rented. Not only did she clean , she also did all the dishes (which is a lot for a 34 person dinner and all the prep and pans), kept everything tidy during the party, filled ice/drinks, opened wine! She went from a cleaner , to a bartender, to a helper, to someone I could chat with during the night - that calmed me down so much as the bride,to someone who just knew everything single thing that needed to get done !!!! I can’t stress enough how happy I was to take on this experience with Heather ! She helped so much and every single guest commented on how she was one of the best people we had helping at our wedding. Heather is so so cool and sweet ! Genuinely a nice person to be around and gets the job DONE!!!!! So so so meticulous and clean just like I am. It made my night special and amazing. Thanks a million. 5 stars … wish I could give 10 :-)
