Never a bad meal with Eric. His knowledge and skills-- and his heart-- show in his food, and he's not afraid of suggestions. All told, a very personal touch in all he cooks.

Mr. Emery (which he probably would prefer Eric) taught me to make, in my opinion, the most delicious scallops wrapped in bacon. I have a very limited kitchen supply of utensils and he helped me make the best of what I have and recommended good utensils to purchase,but at a very reasonable price. It is a huge deal in using the correct knives. Eric showed me balance between the handle and blade which I never knew was important when cutting different foods. I highly recommend Eric.   • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    Upon graduating from high school in 1975, my initial desire was to go to journalism school to further my education. At that time though funding to do that was not available to me. I had worked summer jobs in kitchens on the southern coast of Maine and realize I had a talent and penchant for the Culinary Arts. The rest is history.
