I had water damage January 27th Service Master came to evaluate the damage and sent Brandon, crew chief.Knowledgeable efficient and totally caring about my situation on February 11th. That evening they sent Roger and Danielle to set up all the equipment that would dehumidifier the water. They were also knowledgeable efficient and totally amazing. On the 13th Jenn Clark came to remove all the equipment and evaluate making sure it was dry then removed all the equipment in a timely manner. These are the workers I met on the front lines. Then I dealt with by either phone or text messages with Luis, Tim Conners and Tom Kelly. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with the wonderful customer service I received from all the employees that were assigned to my water damage claim. Your company has great employees and Service Master should be proud for how these people represented your company. I highly recommend Service Masters. Sincerely from a happy customer.

We had a flood in our bathroom and basement. Service Master responded quickly. Tim was a great project manager and kept us well informed at all times. Thanks also to Jenn, Camille, Frank and others whose names I don’t recall, for their hard work to get us to a point where we can now put everything back together. They were prompt, polite, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Their team arrived promptly to address our water damaged flooring, worked quickly to remove all water damaged materials and had their drying equipment on site running 24/7 in no time after that effort completed. Clear and excellent communication. Checked up on and made necessary drying equipment adjustments during the weekend. 100% pleased with everything they did for us. Very professional!!

They responded quickly and helpfully to mitigate water damage in our walls from an ice dam. From our first contact with Luis, they were very responsive, communicated well, and got a crew in quickly to help us. Jen did most of our demo and remediation work and she did a great job. It was a messy demo/ remediation job on multiple plaster walls, and Jen was meticulous about protecting the parts of our house that were undamaged. . Jen was detail oriented, efficient and did a great job overall. She even came up with a solution that allowed us to save irreplaceable antique wallpaper while still drying the wall properly. They were great and I would call them again in a second

Brandon, Jenn, Frank and Noah spent a few days at my home. The service they provided was exceptional. They explained everything in detail and showed they really care about their customers. They had to deal with a mouse infestation so it was an unpleasant job. I highly recommend ServiceMaster Restoration services. Hopefully, I will not need them again but if I do; I know who to call.
