Tyler came by to assess the scope of work while I wasn’t home and took the time to call me afterward to walk me through everything. When I mentioned that I had received a few estimates and had found a company I felt good about, he immediately told me that if I trusted them, I should go with them. That kind of honesty is rare.
He then went above and beyond, taking time to explain how insurance claims work and how to think about pricing, with no pressure or expectation of getting the job.
While I ultimately didn’t hire CONDE, I’m leaving a 5-star review because of Tyler’s transparency, integrity, and professionalism. It was genuinely refreshing and speaks volumes about how he does business.

I cant tell you how good it feels to share not a good contractor story, but an amazing one.After meeting with a half dozen roofers, a friend referred me to Mel Conde, and we knew in the first 15 minutes that this was our guy.His immediate focus was making sure that we clearly understood what our options were, and that he was going to do whatever it took to see to it that our insurance company didnt just pay to fix our roof but to replace it.At every step of the process from inspecting the roof, checking our attic, going back and forth with the insurance company, and answering my endless stream of questions (even after business hours), Mel couldnt have been more patient, thoughtful, and professional. No matter how busy he was with other projects, he went out of his way to keep me up to date and give me the guidance I needed in filing our claim.And then there was the actual job. Both Mel and his project manager, Joe Tibodeau, were onsite to make sure everything went smoothly. Joe even took the time to explain to my sons why they couldnt stay in the house to watch TV while they were taking our roof off.The job was completed ahead of schedule and their crew couldnt have been nicer or more conscientious in making sure that our yard was cleaned up, and that everything was put back where they found it. The only way we even knew theyd been there was our beautiful new roof.And finally, thanks to his deep understanding of both the industry and the insurance process, Mel was able to convince our insurance company to pay for a full replacement.Needless to say, I can't say enough good things about Conde Roofing. I hope you hire them for whatever you need done. I can guarantee, you'll be glad you did.

Mel and his team were great from start to finish! We had a relatively complicated project that was on a tight timeline due to other related remodeling, and they got it done on time and without any issues. Removed the old metal roofing, replaced a good amount of damaged board underneath, installed new shingles, repaired some connected edging, and even dealt with swapping out an old chimney wrap and installing some beautiful new skylights. And at the end of the day, the entire surrounding area was spotless. We would definitely recommend them!
