I had a great experience hiring Atlantis energy to install my new mini splits. From the first phone call to inquire about the job all the way through to the end was beyond my expectations. Brandon and Patrick came first to go over options for sizing and locating the units to be sure my needs were met prior to getting me a quote. Punctuality was clearly very important to them!! They always showed up on time and got right to work. We had 2 outside units installed on opposite sides on the house. 1 outside unit runs 3 indoor head units, and the other outside unit runs a single large unit. They have now been installed and heating 3 bedrooms and 1 large open concept kitchen and living room for a couple months. I have had zero problems and these units are capable of heating my house even on the coldest days. I'm so happy I decided to go with Atlantis energy for this project. The prices were the absolute best out of any contractor by far. Frankly untouchable. And the service was great! The units look great and perform exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend Brandon and Patrick for the installation of your mini splits!

Why use them? There are so many companies out there claiming to be the bestWhat you will get :Integrity - they showed up when they said they would ! They delivered and installed exactly what I was looking for. They had patience with me through the entire process - answered all my questions and provided the information I wanted.Professionalism- Outstanding Customer Service - I had many questions from insurance carrier information to efficiency of the units And many more questions - always answered promptly.Cleanliness- cleaned up - couldnt even tell they were here !What you wont get?A headache !! So many flakes and unprofessional companies out there - dont waste your time and energy- if you want mini splits - I HIGHLY recommend this company - and trust me - I do not say that lightly!!!

Would highly recommend Atlantis energy. Brandon and Patrick were very knowledgeable, professional, always on time getting back to you for any reason from quoting to install it was seamless. We were very happy with the cleanliness when these guys left You couldn't even tell they were in your home working. This company has the best customer service I've dealt with in a long time. We love our mini splits We use them all the time they have very efficient. If you want the job done right and have a great price you want these guys. They were thousands less then other companies that quoted but they were not the cheapest either it was the right fit for us. We highly recommend Brandon and Patrick.

Had these guys put in 2 splits 2 years ago. Came over when they said, installed, no issues. Over the last year or so I've been having a couple small problems. They answered in a reasonable time frame and came out and made the repair, free of charge of course. Had the problem come back a short while later and Brandon suggested to just replace the unit under warranty so that I won't be subject to more possible issues and inconvenience. A real stand up thing to do in my opinion. I thought I'd have some "push back" when I mentioned the issue and then even more when I had to report it again, but no! He was very apologetic even though it's not his fault as it's a machine and machines aren't perfect. Long story short, he came and replaced the unit yesterday as promised, not a single cent out of my pocket. Plus I got the current updated model! Day 1 in so far and it works perfectly. Thank you B and P!

I called Patrick, by the end of the day we had something scheduled for him to give us a quote. They have a very respectful and efficient team. All the guys take their shoes off etc. and clean up after themselves. They are incredibly knowledgeable about the heat pumps and even typed up their own cheat sheet for the machines to make sure it was as easy as possible for us. They were great at communicating the whole process and making sure we felt comfortable with everything before they left. We are very satisfied with the two 9000 units we had installed. So much so that we are planning to do two more to have the entire house done in the future. I would highly recommend Atlantis Energy!
