I rented a water slide from LaFontaine Party Rentals this past weekend. I was a high maintenance customer, requiring the blown up slide’s location to be adjusted a few times before I was happy with it. He moved the extremely heavy unit with a smile on his face. I have used another company in the past, and when I asked to slide the unit to the side a few feet, I was given attitude. I decided to move along and try another company this year and I am so glad I did! Upon initial set up I was impressed with how clean the slide was, he even vacuumed the pool out. I have never received customer service like this in the past. Once filled, the pool was clean of grass and dirt. I will never use another company again. Service with a smile and top notch customer service from LaFontaine Party Rentals!

Jacob from LaFontaine Party Rentals showed up a few minutes before my daughter's birthday party to setup the bounce house. It was inflated in minutes and ready for the kids to jump as soon as they arrived! The bounce house was larger than I expected and easily fit lots of 5yr olds jumping at once. When the party was over, Jacob deflated the bounce house in no time, and was gone. The kids had a blast and I look forward to renting from him again!
