You know when life hits you from all angles especially financially, you feel like your sinking in quicksand, but along comes a descent human being you never met before and gave me time to pay for the work he did, I’m talking about Marlon. He new financially I’m in a bind right now but he still did the job and granted me an extension to pay for his services, this is unheard of in this day and age. Marlon was very responsive, came quick and ontime. My issue was kind of silly -we didn't know that it was a tipped gfci outlet that caused outlets to fail. Marlon tried to explain it in the phone before he come, but i couldn't understand. He was good in explaining why it tipped. Helped us also fix the loose outlet.
