If you are looking for an affordable and top quality paint job on either exterior or interior, look no further than this review of the Brockelbank pro's. Louis and his son gave my (old unattended for years) cedar siding, trim and battered windows a new life to say the least. and the time frame they did it in was amazing. these guy's are truly your painting professionals that won't break your bank account. we love how the house was transformed so we can get it up for sale now. I highly recommend the Brockelbank Home Improvement team without a doubt.. don't pay more for the the same or better job they can do for a lot less. Roy and Janet from Tyngsboro, Mass.. Full exterior painting - house, deck, porch. Lou started very quickly even though it was short notice, began and finished just when he said he would and charged exactly he promised. He made our place look 10 times better, saved us money on a host of items I thought would need replacement and was generally both professional and a pleasure to work with. He crew was very friendly and non-intrusive and I would be glad to work with him again.

Lou, like everyone in my area, is extremely busy. However, he managed to fit in my job, whether it meant arriving very early or working into the evening. This involved painting most of my downstairs' ceilings and fixing a half dozen settling cracks upstairs. The settling cracks involved several trips to get them done properly. Everything looks fantastic. The ceilings, which were stained in places and dingy are bright and clean. Nothing whatsoever remains of the settling cracks. The walls appear brand new. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work and the several trips required to do it right.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately I do not. We usually place quotes on jobs. Me and my crew get in and out pretty fast.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet , be very cordial and confident , never say I can do something if I cant if all goes well I give them an estimate for the work to be performed. If they accept I fill out a proposal and ask for a small deposit unless they are not comfortable with it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father had a home improvement business his whole life and I would grow and learn the trade right beside him. I have been a contractor for 30 years.
