Tim is the type of guy I like dealing with. Both of us were straight to the point, all facts, no crap. My main thing in dealing with contractors is I expect to get reliable estimate on when it would be done and he gave just that. Showed up when he said he would and did a quality job. Even when I misstated footage we worked out a quick fair deal on the extra feet and he came back next day and did it. I would use him again for sure.
